Many customers have high performance requirements that go unmet from the lack of
a cooling solution in extreme environmental conditions without increasing size,
weight and power (SWAP). Often, customers forego high performance in trade for SWAP
conformance. It is easier to concede performance than risk overheating or add an
environmental control system to get heat out of the vehicle.
SprayCool® enclosure products enable customers to run highly dense electronics without
sacrificing environmental requirements or growing SWAP. SprayCool products have
been tested on EFV, AAV, and Humvee's validating performance and reliability. Solutions
being hosted in SprayCool enclosures include a wide range of commercial grade computing
and communications gear supporting C4ISR applications. It is common to see overall
system size, weight and cooling system power savings as high as 30%, 50%, and 70%,
respectively, due to the reduction or elimination of air conditioning systems.
