• Quality:  It is the goal of SprayCool to receive defect-free materials.  Supplied product quality and reliability is expected through superior design, manufacturing process control, supply management and continuous improvement.
• Service:  Suppliers provide superior service that demonstrates a high level of commitment to SprayCool as a long term customer.
• Delivery:  SprayCool expects 100% on-time delivery of supplied product within a window of three days early to zero days late.  Suppliers are expected to provide reliable quick-turn and production lead times that are decreasing over time.
• Cost:  SprayCool expects to achieve favorable and decreasing costs based upon our commitment to mutual business success.
• Business:  The SprayCool goal of maintaining long-term supplier relationships requires financially stable suppliers with business objectives that align with those of SprayCool.
